I have had this for a while, tried to research it I see two marks but can’t I’d them
Very very early 1800s I believe, very ornate with carvings on the silver of houses and misc
Check pics 11&12 show the two marks I am talking about
I think it might be French based on I see a lot of antique French jewelry
