Pair of Chinese Porcelain Blue and White Dishes Chenghua Marks, Kangxi Period Dimensions: Larger 11" (28 cm) Diameter, Other is 27.5 cm Condition: Both in very good Condition overall. Dish 1: One minor frit to the edge of the dish measuring 0.5 cm in length. Small firing tear on reverse base of dish measuring 0.6 cm in length. Otherwise typical manufacturing flaws such as glaze bubbles (small and sporadic across the dish). Dish 2: One minor firing tear to the edge of the dish measuring 0.2 cm in length. Three firing tears on reverse base of dish with two of them in a concentrated area measuring 3 cm x 2 cm which obscures the glaze of the blue circle. The other tear measures approximately 1 cm. None of the tears go through the front decorative portion of the dish. There are three glaze bursts to the edge of the rim the largest measuring 0.2 cm. Some minor nibbles on the foot rim. Otherwise typical manufacturing flaws such as glaze bubbles (small and sporadic across the dish).
