    Very unusual old hand forged brass cheek horse bit--there is a port as well as a bar that goes in the mouth
    4-1/2 in. wide--the mouth piece wraps around cheek that indicates it is probably an early bit--6 in. long--
    curb and lip chains--look to be original to bit
