Application:
Use A/C ReStart when the decision has been made to retrofit the air conditioner with an R-22 alternative when replacing with R-410A equipment is not economically viable. A/C ReStart is NOT an alternative to Nu-Calgon’s Rx11-flush for reinstating the cleanliness of the copper line-sets when replacing the indoor/outdoor units with R-410A options. When using the existing R-22 equipment with R-427A, R-407C (or other) with the existing oil, A/C ReStart aids in oil return for the best outcome for the balance of its service life. A/C ReStart comes in a traditional four fluid ounce canister to be used with the readily available and reusable A/C Re-New Injector Tool. Another version, the A/C ReStart Connect Inject, is a quick, one-time disposable injector option that has the four fluid ounce treatment already pre-charged into the vessel. This billable option does not require the purchase and ongoing management of a reusable injector for all service trucks in the organization. A single dosage of A/C ReStart will treat air conditioning systems up to five tons in capacity. For larger systems or applications with longer line-sets/liquid receivers, additional A/C ReStart dosages are required.
Description
Nu-Calgon’s A/C ReStart is a specially formulated POE lubricant based product designed to aid in oil migration of existing oil when replacing the R-22 refrigerant with R-407C, R-427A or others in air conditioning/heat pump systems.
A/C ReStart also includes Rx-Acid Scavenger technology to address acids at retrofit. A/C ReStart Connect Inject is a quick, one-time disposable injector option for introducing the treatment into the air conditioning system with the use of the reusable Connect Injector Tool (4155-01 NOT INCLUDED). The reusable Connect Injector Tool DOES NOT COME WITH THIS item and must be PURCHASED SEPARATELY.

A/C Re-New is a comprehensive renewal solution for R-22 retrofits. A/C Re-New not only assists in oil return, it also aids the aging equipment by reducing energy consumption, quiets the compressor and improves TEV or reversing valve operation if sticking due to friction from years of service. A/C ReStart is a lower cost restart option that addresses solely oil return and circulating trace acidity when retrofitting the R-22 system.

Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items for a refund within 30 days of sale. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC intact. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment; thus, the merchandise must be returned in resalable condition: complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition, undamaged, unopened, unused and uncut complete in original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Opened or used
Items cannot be returned once installed
Missing their serial number or UPC
Non-Returnable Items
Returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returned without notification
Tools and Meters are exchangeable within 3 days of receipt.

Return Instructions
To return new condition items by mail, send us an email and have your packing slip or order number handy. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address, and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you'll write directly on your shipment box. Finally, mail the packing slip along with purchased items, all their contents, and product packaging to the address provided to you. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the date of sale (see Non-Returnable Items for exceptions).
Damage may happen during shipping, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact customer service if you have received damaged goods, and we will assist you immediately.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an error on the part of Climatedoctors, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, that item is not eligible for a refund.
Products must be received at our returns processing facility before 30 days from the date of sale.
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days).
