NICE Chinese Mille-Fleur Porcelain 13” Dia Plate Charger with unique Channel Rim Foot & Qianlong
Red four character Mark : apocryphal.
PRISTINE Thousand Flowers on Ruby and white scrolls background large charger plate 13” Dia :: 33cm x approximately 2.5” H :: 6cm
It has been referred to use that these channel rim large charger plates date to the late Republic era. Mid 20th Century.
Has an Orange peel texture back glaze which is consistent with this, as is the few coal fired kiln specs - imperfections on the plates front surface.
This plate was displayed as a wire hanging wall art plate. See images. Note : Metal display stand used for photos is not included
Please note: We have removed the wire caging; as they have been known to eventually damage the porcelain.
