Mini Korg Synthesizer 700 K1 Vintage

vintage univox minikorg synth.  one owner. selling for a friend.  i powered the unit up with a variac and it comes on. you can see in one of the pics the pilot light is on.  i got it to play. i was able to turn the pot that controls the octaves and all the stops played. the unit is missing some knobs and the cosmetics are fair.  the original volume fader was replaced at some point to a volume knob on the top left wood plate where the "minikorg" name is. thats about all i know about this unit. it does power up and you can fiddle with the knobs and get some sounds, but this unit will need to be opened up and serviced with all faders and knobs cleaned and lubed and any other electrical issues restored. sold AS IS AS FOUND.  if you are looking for one of these for your collection or to use and record with this would be a good candidate for restoration. just tinkering with the sounds on it, i found it has a fabulous 32' bass sound!  all the other stops up to 2' worked when i turned that knob, but i can tell the contacts on the switch need cleaning.  has the original power cord and it is still pliable. folds up to store in the back via a locking door.  if you have any question about the unit, please ask and i will do my best to answer.  buyer pays shipping.  again, sold as is for parts or restoration. thx!  US lower 48 only!
