Keppinger Vacuum Tube Theremin featuring point to point wiring custom made LQQK!

Description

This is a brand new hand built Keppinger Vacuum Tube Theremin featuring point to point wiring, heavy duty power and oscillator chassis and hand wound air core coils. The instrument has a matching 12" speaker cabinet pedestal with an Eminence Legend speaker installed. It is decked out with Mesa Boogie style tolex, chrome corners and aluminum engraved front panels. The circuit is based on the Keppinger Thermin design. This circuit uses a pair of 6V6 power tubes ,1 5Y3 rectifier, 1 OD3 gas regulator tube, 2 6SN7 dual triode pre amplifier tubes, 1  6H6 dual diode tube and 3 6J5 oscillator tubes. It is equipped with an 8 ohm speaker output jack as well as line out and preview output jacks. This fine instrument also has heavy duty recessed handles in the sides and heavy duty rubber feet. Hand crafted by an experienced electronics technician at Al's Diner/ Audiotech LLC in Jackson Michigan this instrument must be seen and played to be fully appreciated.
