The traditional Cross of the Lutheran Church is a regular Latin cross with the seal of Luther superimposed. Sometimes however, the rose within the seal, which is  intended to show that faith causes joy, consolation and peace, is omitted, leaving a Cross within a Heart.
Made tough for the many Lutheran Americans serving in our Armed Forces,
this Genuine U.S. Military Issue Long Cross is precision carved out of non-magnetic, non reactive, brite finished, 100% 304 stainless steel. It has a 24" stainless steel dog tag chain and is 1 1/8" tall x 11/16" wide x 3/32" thick
