E-MU EMU Ensoniq Proteus WORLD 3XR Synth from1992 V.CLEAN Works 100% OS V3.05!! Very Good condition with only a few minor scratches and dings.  The face is very clean and fresh looking with only minor signs of wear however the rack ears do show some wear and tear as you can see in the photos. The case shows almost no wear and looks very nice yet there are a few scratches on the bottom and lighter ones on the top of case. Display is nice and bright and very readable however the LCD lens has a couple of smudges and light marks, yet they dont show when the synth is turned on.  This synth has no known functional issues and has passed all diagnostic bench testing. Control dial turns nicely and does not skip.  Power cord included.
The Proteus WORLD 3XR comes with 384 Presets and 211 different instruments available and 32 Voice Polyphany.  Has 16 MIDI Channels and 6 Audio Outs as well.
This 3XR synth is the same as the Proteus regular Proteus 3 but has an expansion board from InVision that vastly expands your number of presets up to 384 (up from only 192 on the regular unexpanded Proteus 3 synth from E-MU.  The InVision expansion in this Proteus 3XR is really worth the extra money AND the 3XR version of the Proteus 3 is EXTREMELY RARE.  These don't pop up often for sale so if you have been wanting one of these Proteus 3XR WORLD synths, this is your perfect time to act on it.
