Antique Ornate Hinged Sterling Silver Round Pill Box

Description

This is an antique sterling silver (stamped) round and ornate pill box.  There are some numbers stamped next to the word "sterling", but I do not know what these mean.  Collectors will probably know their meaning.  This sweet box has a floral/filigree pattern on top and bottom.  There are no initials on the top, or anywhere on this box.  The hinge appears to be in very good shape, however, I am not a jeweler or collector of this type of item so I will leave this to those that are.  I am guessing it's age to be from the late 1800's to the early 1900's.
