    Description

    A Chinese blue and white porcelain deep plate / bowl, Qing dynasty, Kangxi period, late 17th to early 18th century. Conch shell on the base. Decorated with Mongolian hunting scene, known as the 'Love Chase'.
    The center decorated in shades of blue with three horsemen hunting a deer, tree, rocks and clouds, all within a double circle. The border with six reserves with flowers, on chequered pattern ground.
 
Marked on the back in underglaze blue with an Conch Shell mark within a double circle. Border on reverse with mountains and dwellings.
    Dimensions: diameter - 16 cm, height - 3,5 cm. Weight - 181 g.
