    two boxes are beautiful pieces of Tiffany's prestigious history. Dated between 1873 and 1891 according to the "M" between the patent number and the serial number as well as the way Tiffany & Co and Sterling Silver are written (info found from 925-1000 . com as shown in photo).
    They are a gorgeous hand hammered design, which hides the couple of dings shown in the photo (via side, bottom, and on lid). Overall these boxes are in wonderful condition considering their age. There is a pretty "WG" monogram on the lid.
    They weigh 285.5 grams together. With the lid on the are 1.5 inches tall by 2.25 inches wide and 3.25 inches long. They could stand to be polished but I will leave that up to the new owners to decide, some people like a good patina :)
