Small Victorian Antique children's drawing book issued as advertisement for Celluloid Starch, Co. , New Haven, CT.  This booklet is dated April, 1886. Also has Premium Department, Franklin and Vine Sts, Philadelphia, PA on back.
Inside are several illustrations with tracing paper in front of each one so that child can trace the picture and draw themselves. First page is tracing paper with drawing of bagpipe player. On bottom is written name Arthur Wood who must have been the child doing drawings.
There are 8 different illustrations with corresponding tracing paper. All have been drawn on tracing paper with pencil or ink except for one full page of bird and half pages of house and children.
Front cover has upper right corner torn off down the side as shown in photos.  Antique wear and discoloration due to age, some small holes in some pages, possibly insect holes, fragile page edges.
Book measures approx. 3 x 4 1/2".
